Pickup Masters Transport – Terms of Service

Introduction

Pickup Masters Transport (“Pickup Masters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional transport services including corporate rentals, airport pickups and drop-offs, organised trips and tours, and general bus rentals across Accra and Ghana.

By accessing or using our website, making a booking, or engaging our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, form the entire Agreement between you and Pickup Masters Transport.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and Services.


Modification

Pickup Masters reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our Services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, your only option is to stop using our Services.


Eligibility, Registration, Verification & Definitions

Eligibility

Our Services are available to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and verifiable personal information

  • Do not have a history of fraudulent behaviour, service abuse, or violations of our Terms

We may deny or revoke access to our Services at our discretion.

Registration

To complete certain bookings or access additional features, you may be required to create an account or provide your:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Pickup and travel details

  • Payment confirmation

You agree to provide accurate and current information at all times.

Verification

Pickup Masters may perform identity verification or request additional documents such as:

  • Valid government-issued ID

  • Company details (for corporate bookings)

  • Emergency contact information

We may use third-party verification tools as needed.

Definitions

  • “Client”: Any individual or organisation booking a transport service.

  • “Service”: Any transport or related offering provided by Pickup Masters.

  • “Vehicle”: Any bus, van, or car used to fulfil a booking.


Payments

General

All services must be paid for as agreed during booking. Prices may depend on distance, duration, vehicle type, and additional requirements.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash payments

  • Corporate invoicing (where applicable)

Payment Timing

  • Payment is typically required before or at the time of service.

  • Corporate clients may be eligible for monthly billing subject to approval.

Late Fees

If a booking extends beyond scheduled time, additional charges may apply based on hourly or distance rates. Waiting fees may also apply.


Your Commitments

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details for bookings

  • Ensure timely communication with our team

  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect

  • Not use our Services for illegal purposes

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our drivers

You are responsible for any charges resulting from delays, changes in destination, or additional requests.


Content

Users may submit feedback, reviews, or comments through our website or communication channels. By submitting content, you grant Pickup Masters a non-exclusive right to use, display, publish, or promote such content for marketing or service improvement.

You may not upload or share content that is defamatory, misleading, illegal, or harmful.


Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services to engage in unlawful activities

  • Provide false information during booking or registration

  • Damage or attempt to damage company property

  • Harass or endanger our drivers or staff

  • Access our systems through hacking, scraping, or automated tools

  • Book services with fraudulent intent

  • Misrepresent identity, booking purpose, or contact details

We reserve the right to refuse service or block access if prohibited behaviour is detected.


Specific Terms for Riders (Clients)

Clients agree to:

  • Be present at the confirmed pickup time

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information

  • Notify us promptly of delays or changes

  • Ensure passengers behave safely and responsibly

Clients are responsible for any damages caused to vehicles due to misconduct or negligence.


Specific Terms for Partners (Corporate Clients)

Corporate organisations agree to:

  • Provide accurate employee travel lists and schedules

  • Ensure payment timelines are honoured

  • Maintain proper communication with our operations team

  • Use Pickup Masters vehicles for authorised purposes only

We may require written agreements for long-term or high-volume transport needs.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or concern:

  1. Contact our support team immediately

  2. We will attempt to resolve the issue amicably

  3. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through negotiation or mediation

  4. As a last resort, disputes may be handled under Ghanaian law in an appropriate jurisdiction

Pickup Masters aims to resolve issues fairly and promptly.


General Provisions

  • These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Pickup Masters.

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain in full force.

  • Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights.

  • You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.

  • Pickup Masters may assign these Terms in the case of business transfers or restructuring.
